I took a few such classes while studying martial arts, and if you stick with it, it will really make a difference. Explosiveness counts for so much in any kind of martial art (and most other sports, for that matter). I also got to watch a pro boxer train on it. Amazing to watch a professional put all of this stuff to use! I think that price seems a bit steep, but again, I'm not in your area. Still, good for people to know that this kind of training is available! I am not in the area, but can vouch for speed and agility training.
