Have Your Kids Party at Scooters Jungle
I was chatting with a friend the other day and he was telling me about this awesome place called Scooters Jungle. I don’t have young kids anymore, so I am really out of the loop on the hip things to do for kid’s birthday parties.
My friend said that Scooters Jungle is a ton of fun and they are booked months in advance so if you’re interested, don’t delay making you reservations.
Basically this is a huge warehouse that is loaded with jumpies and gym type things for your kids to bounce or climb off the walls. There are no ‘scooters’ in case you’re wondering.
Scooters Jungle is located at:
28230 Constellation
Valencia, CA 91355

I am gonna have to say if you try this place out, ask if they have a first aid kit first. I went there with my 2 boys, went down a slide with them and I was the one who got hurt. My toes got stuck in the ropes and riped. When the girl came to clean me up she used spray bactine and toilet paper!! No band aids so she used tape and toilet paper to stop the bleeding. On top of that, while she was cleaning me up she was saying that a 4 year old girls shoulder got dis-located from falling off the see-saw the week before. If an adult can get hurt there, I dont even want to think about what could happen to a young child. I will NEVER go there again.

Oh and I ended up needing 6 stitches between my toes and on the top of my foot.

Sorry you got hurt there, Jill. I would think that they should have someone there at all times who is trained in first-aid? They do have everyone who enters to play sign a waiver releasing them of liability, but that does not excuse dangerous play areas.
My older children have gone there and had a blast! Of course they both came home with scraped elbows and knees from the slides…
I wonder how often their play equipment is sanitized? Yuk.

We had a party scheduled there the day after the 5 fwy disaster. We are from Woodland Hills and it was near impossible to get there so we were forced to cancel. The owners still charged us a cancellation and deposit fee $125. Please avoid this place at all costs. Our Govener considered it a National disaster but this greedy owner still took our money.

This does not seem like a safe place to attend a party.

I think Scooters Jungle is a great place to have a party. I went there very recently and had a blast. Of course you are risking getting hurt, it is a placce full of jumpies! But if you follow the rules you have less change of getting hurt.

This place is horrible. A bunch of snot nosed teens serving cold pizza and warm soda. Seems like the food inspector should shut them down. The owners are obviously greedy. Lets see how many parties and how many people we can squezze into a tiny little room. Overpriced too. And not to mention they try and extort a $40 tip from you at the end of the day.

Having been there more than several times myself I feel I should note that they have a VERY outgoing and friendly staff, their prices were not bad, especially if you consider everything it includes. I will definately be going there again. Myself and any guests I’ve had there have always had a pleasant experience.

The place makes me nervous….but my daughter just loves it and wants her party there. I am getting tired of the place since we have been there almost 10 times! Better location than Sky City.

I can’t believe the vile! This is a fun bounce house facility where the teenage staff is friendly & helpful, but obviously not perfect. Accidents do happen. Should we all stay home and triple lock the doors? My children have been there many times. Had a wonderful time. Come home sweaty and happy. I’ll take a few scraped elbows for the smiles on their faces. Thank you, Scooters Jungle for providing this service to me and my children!

I have had a party there when it first started. It was great , however I must say a first aid person should be there at all times just to cover themselves.
Learned from the experience, we have been to several parties again and I had my daugther wear pants and long sleeves.
You know reading these comments is incredible. FUN does not hurt anyone, if you feel you are in danger maybe you should not participate rather than right such negatives things about the venue.
All parks and entertainment have pos. and negs. You need to make your positives choices.
Let’s not bring people down , all in all it is always packed.
Let’s wish people well and come up with our own ideas to take care of our kids.
Good Day!

Jill-were you wearing a pair of socks when you played with your boys down the slide? I was thinking, if you did wear socks, your toes would have not gotten injured, right? I don’t know…. sounds like you were not wearing one. I am sure your boys wore the socks. sorry to hear about the stitches thou…

Scooter’s Jungle is a blast! The kids LOVE it, the staff is friendly and outgoing, the price is right and the clean up is on them, not you
Use common sense and you’ll be fine. The negative and very dramatic comments that preceed this one are just plain silly.
Have fun!

We were at scooters jungle this weekend and a few of us got injured on the tarzan swing. Does anyone have a picure of the actual swing and slide they can kindly send me
Thank you

This place is definitely a great place for kids however, they need to be more strict on their safety policies. Although they did have a safety review and had signs up in some areas of the playroom, my 20 month old daughter broke her arm. She was not doing any unusual. She was just coming down the inflatable slide in the “Toddler” area. My husband and I did notice that it was a little too steep and the slide looked a little more shiny/slippery but didn’t think much about it since we are not super paranoid parents and figured we are in the “safest” area of the playroom. However, the last time she came down, I guess the momentum was too fast and as she landed it pushed her forward too hard and she landed on her left elbow. We took her to ER and she was in a cast for 3 weeks. The owner of Scooter’s was kind enough to follow up the next day with a phone call just to check on us. I did tell the owner about putting a warning sign up in the toddler room that reads the slide is too steep and fast for children under 2. (My daughter is a little above-average in size too, 75 percantile in weight and 95 percentile in height so I can’t imagine an average or smaller 20 month old). I hope that they did put a sign up. The owner was friendly but could not believe it happened since “it’s never happened before”. Well, there is a first time for everything, right? Once she knew that my daughter broke her arm, I felt rushed off the phone. At least we got a free stuffed monkey out of it!”

Although you had a bad experience you should not out done the place because of your own clumsyness. I have been to scooters jungle for many birthdays and also hosted one last year, everyone had a great time, noone got hurt with the exception of minor skin burns if you dont listen to the rules of sliding down the slide.Maybe we should leave the fun for the kids, they all have a blast

Too many accidents, my child also fractured arm on the tarzan rope….they keep getting away with all these accidents because of the infamous “waiver”…if an area has been proven to cause more than FIVE accidents, they should get ride of it or change it!!!!!

All these reviews make me not want to take my 26 month old daughter, wanted to try it but not anymore.
