Yes they propose it will be an additional $25 dollars for us. You will gain so much more than that in property value by having the allocated open space. Many people instantly think "NO" when it comes time for additional taxes. This will be a benefit if it truly does protect our open spaces. We dont want to look like another San Fernando Valley. Where I grew up in Agoura/Westlake Village they did have protected open space. The property values in that area have shown that it was worth it.
