Local Band Hits the Warped Tour
Kudos to Fentruck a local Saugus band that battled their way to the top of 68 other bands all competing for one spot to perform at the Vans Warp Tour this summer in Ventura.
Fentruck is made up of four 2006 SHS grads that currently attend college, but make it a priority to get together and play regardless of the commute.
I love that they named their band Fentruck after one of my favorite characters from Doug. A show I used to watch daily while my kids were growing up.
Anyway, congrats to these Santa Clarita rock stars and I hope they succeed beyond their wildest dreams.

Yeah, Warped was real cool…I had the misfortune to be surfing at Surfer’s Point when the tour hit Ventura. All of the girls came across the road to trash the bathroom because they didn’t want to use the porta-potties. SCV Mothers & Fathers, have you seen your little darlings when they go to an event like this??? I thought I was at the XXX Expo downtown, pierced everythings, extremely foul language, everyoone smoking (ciggs and weed), and very little clothing…I was in a bathing suit and board shorts and I had on more clothing than the vast majority of these girls.
