Hoefflin Foundation Raises Over $500k

I had been seeing  articles in the Signal about Air Supply playing in 13th Annual Gala Dinner to benefit the Michael Hoefflin Foundation.  I wanted to go, but didn’t get around to buying tickets.  I loved Air Supply when I was growning up and thought it’d be so cool to go see them.  I didn’t really realize the impact this event would have on the foundation.  When I read that they raised over half a million dollars I was blown away.

It was a powerhouse night of love and generosity at “Evening Under the Stars,” the Michael Hoefflin Foundation for Children’s Cancer 13th annual Gala Dinner and Charity Auction held Saturday at the Mann Biomedical Park in Valencia.  

The $150 a plate, $1,200 per table black-tie event brought out more than 1,200 people, the real glitterati of the Santa Clarita Valley, a real VIP honor roll who opened their hearts and wallets to support local families dealing with children’s cancer.  Read more
