Grand Panda is easily the best chinese restaurant in the Saugus area. Their portions are large, the service is courteous, and there is seldom a long wait for a table. The must-have dish is Kung Pao Beef, as it is suculent without being too spicy.

I ate with 6 other people at the Grand Panda Restaurant in Valencia, CA today, July 19, 2008 for lunch. I was not very impressed. The service was average: We had to ask for Plum sauce twice, the tea was not served until after the meal was served. The Chicken Chop Suey had bones in more than one piece of the chicken. All in all, the food was rather bland and the service lacked professionalism.
