Cell Phone Driving Fines

I was just talking about this on Sunday with my friends Ron and Tara and sure enough the Signal posted an article today to clear things up.

Apparently, there has been an email going around with some inaccurate information about the new law that  prevents motorists from talking on a cell phone unless they are using an ear piece.

This law goes into effect in July of 2008 NOT 2007.

I’ll admit, this is going to be a hard habit to break.
