Racer’s Edge Now Open

There is high seed fun ahead for Santa Clarita residents thanks to Racer’s Edge.  Santa Clarita’s own indoor go-kart racing facility is now open.  Located in Canyon Country by Home Depot, Sports Complex, etc Racer’s Edge is sure to become a home town favorite.

The go karts travel at speeds up to 50 mph and they have two large Grand Prix style race tracks for you to get your lead foot on.

They offer birthday parties, company parties ot just show up and drive.

Currently they have a Monday special called Monday Madness where you get two races for the price of one.  They even offer driving lessons on Wednesday nights.

As of today the cost to race is $23.00 for adults (56″ or taller) and $20 for junior racers.  You will need a signed waiver to drive.

Fun and Fit Gymnastics Valentine’s Party Night and Sleepover

Santa Clarita Valley parents looking for a fun and safe place to drop their kids off for a Valentines night to remember now have a terrific local opportunity.

Fun & Fit Gymnastics, in the heart of the Santa Clarita Valley, is hosting a special Valentines night party and, for the older kids, a sleepover. That’s right – kids ages 3 to 5 years (or older kids not wanting to spend the night) will party from 6:30 to 10:30pm – just long enough for mom & dad to enjoy their own celebration. Kids 6 and older have the option to party all night!

Activities include:
• Games, Crafts, and lots of Gymnastics!
• Snacks will be provided, but kids should eat dinner prior to arriving.

While this in not in Santa Clarita, it’s not too far from here and looks pretty cool.

It is a recreation of Noah’s Ark. Very interactive for kids.
