Redstone Hall

Redstone Hall will be performing at Primo’s Restaurant in Santa Clarita on October 18th at 7pm.

The band has a huge fan base and are such a local favorite! Their album is being produced by Gerry Casale, of the ’80’s group, DEVO, and the guys are building quite a momentum. They performed at South by Southwest this year and play all over the LA area, bringing a ton of fans with them everywhere they go. They played at the Universal CityWalk for this year’s Summer Concert Series along with American Idol’s Justin Guarini.

Steven Rothstein, (lead vocals/keys) Zack Hall (guitar/vocals), Mac Hadar (bass) and Mike Nussbaum (drums) were born and raised in Los Angeles.
Hometown favorites, they consistently pack many L.A. venues including The Roxy, Whiskey, Molly Malones, KeyClub, Hard Rock Cafe, B.B. King’s Blues Club, Bovard Hall (USC), Dragonfly and the Viper Room to name a few.

They won at the Las Vegas AMPLIFY Music Festival in early August, competing against 150 other bands.

More information and a sample of their music can be
found at their website.

Primo’s Restaurant is located at 28200 Bouquet Canyon Rd. Santa Clarita, CA 91350

2008 Dodger Day

Even though I am a die hard Angel’s fan I’ll go ahead and put this out there because…well…it is baseball season now after all. :)

Santa Clarita Dodger day is Saturday June 7th with a 1pm game time.  You can purchase tickets through W.S. Hart Baseball at the canteen or through Washington Mutual Banks throughout the valley.   Quantities are limited, so if you want to go with a big group I wouldn’t wait too much longer.

The Dodgers play the Cubs that day, but SCV day at Dodger stadium is typically a fun day and they also have some pre-game activities where usually some local kids are chosen to go out on to the field.  Chances are you’ll know at least one of the kids out there.
